FAQ:
In order to provide you with the information in the shortest time we have grouped the frequently asked questions about the villa.
WHAT IS THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE?
The day of your arrival the villa will be ready from 16H00.
The day of your departure the villa must be free before 10H00.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a deposit 50% of the total amount is payable on booking.
The balance is payable 60 days prior to departure.
WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE AFTER THE STAY?
Yes, if you make the request we send the invoice of your stay by email.
CANCELLATION OF RENTAL
In case of cancellation no refund will be made.
ARE THE ANIMALS ALLOWED?
We love animals but they are unfortunately forbidden in the villa for reasons of hygiene.
CAN WE SMOKE IN THE VILLA?
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the villa
WHO TO CONTACT IN CASE OF PROBLEMS?
All useful information will be in the welcome booklet that will be given to you upon your arrival.

IS THE HOUSEHOLD INCLUDED THE STAY?
A cleaning fee is included in the rental price US$129 per stay. However, the tenant is obliged to return it to its normal state of use (dishes made, clean soil, etc …). Cleaning service will be charged in case of abuse
